We are a US based business and use either United States Postal Service or FedEx. Most of our items will be shipped via United States Postal Service using either First Class Mail, First Class International mail, Priority mail or Global Priority Mail (if over 4lbs in weight) with FREE Delivery Confirmation (for US customers only) depending on weight of the package.

If a package is over 3lbs it will be sent via FedEx and a tracking number will be provided to you.

If you require USPS Express service we can provide that for you at an extra cost to you. All you have to do is let us know.

International shipments are posted within 72 hours. Our shipping costs are set up on our website for US shipping ONLY at this time. If you are interested in International shipping please feel free to contact us for a shipping quote, most emails are answered within 24 hours.

First Class shipping: vary from 3-10 days

Priority Mail: Vary from 2-3 days

Express Mail: Vary from 1-2 days. Most areas are one day but if the ship to address is in a rural area it will be 2 days. You will be notified by email if it will be 2 days.

Commercial/Business: varies from 3-10 days

Home Delivery: varies from 2-10 days

Express: 1-2 days depending on Ship To address

We do ship internationally! All we ask is that you contact us for your shipping costs PRIOR to ordering because it will be different than what is posted on our website. We LOVE our international customers and would love an opportunity to expand our services to you!

And to make it easier for you to shop with us, we can accept PayPal payments made in Pounds Sterling.

Returns will be accepted on all NEW and UNOPENED merchandise that was returned within 30 days of purchase less a 20% Restocking Fee. If it's been opened, we CAN NOT accept the return, NO EXCEPTIONS. If the item is defective, please contact the manufacturer of the product to see about replacement.

If a return is being made due to an error on our part we will pay for all return shipping costs. However, if a return is being made due to a "change of mind", Undeliverable Shipping Address, Unclaimed etc you will be refunded less original shipping charges and a 20% Restocking Fee will be applied.

We must be contacted PRIOR so that we may issue you a RMA #. This number must be written on the OUTSIDE of the package when you send it so we know immediately it is a return and we can process the refund in a timely manner.
