Prince Xizor is clad in a billowing blue and black robe with dark blue fabric attachments, and is equipped with a staff. The vastly influential Xizor maintained relations with Palpatine and a rivalry with Darth Vader while he secretly controlled the sprawling Black Sun criminal organization. Xizor's downfall came when Darth Vader learned of the former's intention to kill Luke Skywalker.
